Matthew C. Peterson, DMD, PA

Dali McBride

Dali, our Office Manager, is a native of Sarasota and graduated from Manatee Community College (as it was called then). She has been active in the dental industry for over 25 years and has worked for Dr. Peterson for 12 years. Dali enjoys interacting with the patients and seeing the transformation esthetic dentistry can have on patients’ lives. Outside the office she enjoys her three grandchildren, baking and relaxing at the beach.

Julie Simmerling

Julie, our dental hygienist, has been practicing dental hygiene for over 25 years and is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago. She has lived in Sarasota since 2005 and enjoys helping her patients achieve optimum oral health through continued patient education. The mother of four, Julie is an avid tennis player and enjoys the outdoor Florida lifestyle.

Liz Bryant

Liz, our lead dental assistant, is originally from Massachusetts and moved to the Sarasota area in 1988. With over 25 years of dental experience and continuing education courses, Liz is always abreast of the cutting edge changes in dentistry. She likes being able to provide patients with the latest dental technology in the most comfortable setting possible. Liz enjoys boating and the antics of her three Chihuahuas.

Sherry Cornwall

Sherry, our Insurance Coordinator, is originally from Ohio. She attended the Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati and graduated from Dental Assisting School as well. She moved to Sarasota in 1977 and has been working in the dental field ever since. Sherry has worked for Dr. Peterson for 10 years. She is our insurance “go to” person and works hard to ensure patients receive the benefits they are entitled to. She enjoys dining out and interacting with her three cats.
